PISCO NEGRONI

When Italy meets Peru, a combination of two beautiful places all in one drink. A variation on the classic Negroni, taking out the Gin and replacing it with the unique taste of Pucara Pisco Quebranta, to create another great taste.

INGREDIENTS

-30ml Pucara Pisco Quebranta
-30ml Campari
-30ml Cinzano Vermouth Rosso

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour the Pisco, Vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass or jug with ice.
2. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
3. Strain into a tumbler and add 1 large ice sphere or some fresh ice.
4. Garnish with an orange slice, using a blood orange when in season.
