Pisco Strawberry Fizz

This easy drinking Pisco Strawberry Fizz is a variation on the commonly known classic Gin Fizz. A simple and fresh cocktail enjoyed anytime. Summer in a glass and Peru in your mind

INGREDIENTS

- 45ml Pucara Pisco Quebranta
- 20ml Dry Vermouth
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 4-5 Strawberries
- Egg White
- Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Dry shake the egg white
2. Muddle the strawberries in a Boston glass
3. Add the egg white to the Boston glass
4. Add the Pisco, dry vermouth, lemon juice, sugar syrup
5. Shake & strain over fresh ice into a hi-ball glass
6. Top with a dash of soda
7. Garnish with a strawberry
