Algarrobina Martini

Peru’s version of the traditional eggnog with a twist. Algarrobina is carob syrup, with a sweet, sticky, caramel texture a perfect cocktail for any season especially in the winter months. In Peru it wouldn’t be Christmas without it.


- 60ml Pucara Pisco Quebranta
- 30ml Algarrobina/Carob syrup
- 30ml Sugar Syrup
- 30ml Evaporated milk
- 1/2 egg yolk


1. Place all ingredients in a blender or shaker
2. Shake vigorously with ice
3. Double strain into a champagne coupe glass & garnish with a pinch of cinnamon
