The favourite mixed drink of today’s Peruvian youth!


- 60ml Pucara Pisco Quebranta
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- Dry ginger ale
- Amargo Chuncho bitters


1. Add the Pisco to a highball glass
2. Squeeze 2 lime wedges (15ml)
3. Fill highball glass with ice
4. Top up with dry ginger ale
5. Add a few drops of bitters
6. Garnish with a lime twist
