This special cocktail is a new addition to the Pucara Pisco family, that was created by Doug Simpson with his love of basil. Together with the Quebranta grapes and orange liquor, this vibrant, refreshing with a hint of infused basil really is a perfect match.
- 45ml Pucara Pisco Quebranta
- 20ml Orange Liquor
- 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- 6-7 Sweet Basil Leaves
1. Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker, shake for 20 seconds.
2. Double strain into a champagne coupe.
3. Top with a basil leaf.
