Pisco Sour

The national drink of Peru – It is said that the drink was first created back in the 1920s, a drink that has a national holiday to celebrate its importance to Peruvians!!


- 60ml Pucara Pisco Quebranta
- 40ml Fresh lime juice
- 30ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 egg white
- Amargo Chuncho Bitters


1. Add all your ingredients to a boston glass
2. Dry shake the egg white and remaining ingredients to combine easier
3. Fill boston glass with ice
4. Add remaining ingredients and shake for 10-15 seconds
5. Shake strain into a chilled tumbler or cocktail glass
6. Garnish with 3 drops of Amargo Chuncho Peruvian bitters or alternatively, use Angostura bitters
